By using our website and placing an order, you agree to the following terms.


Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Occasionally we may run out of a particular coffee. If this happens, we’ll contact you to arrange a replacement or refund.


Pricing

All prices are listed in New Zealand dollars (NZD) and include GST where applicable.We reserve the right to update prices or correct errors if they occur.


Orders

Once an order is placed, we’ll send you an order confirmation email. This confirms that we’ve received your order but does not guarantee availability until the order is dispatched.


Website Use

You agree not to misuse our website, attempt to disrupt its operation, or use it for unlawful purposes.


Liability

We do our best to provide accurate information and high-quality products. However, to the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under New Zealand consumer law.


Updates

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

Return and Refund Policy

We want every bag of coffee to be something you look forward to opening in the morning. If something isn’t right, we’ll sort it.


Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your delivery. Send us an email at sales@simonsnzcoffee.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll organise a replacement, refund, or store credit depending on the situation.


Coffee Quality Issues

Coffee is a natural product and sometimes things don’t go quite to plan. If your coffee tastes stale, off, or otherwise not up to scratch, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving your order. We take quality seriously and will work with you to make it right.


Change of Mind

Because coffee is a perishable food product, we do not offer returns or refunds for change of mind.


Consumer Rights

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act in New Zealand.If something’s wrong with your coffee, let us know. Bad coffee ruins mornings and we take that personally.

Shipping Policy

We pack and ship orders as quickly as possible so you can get brewing.


Processing Time

Orders are usually packed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.


Shipping Within New Zealand

Orders are shipped using tracked courier services. Delivery times typically range from 1–4 business days, depending on your location.  Rural addresses may take a little longer.


Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order size.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your coffee’s journey to your doorstep.


Delivery Issues

If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable timeframe, please contact us and we’ll help track it down.While we do our best to get your coffee to you quickly, courier delays can occasionally happen. Sadly we can’t control the courier vans (we wish we could).
